Aksaray has become very advantageous especially in the garment sector, which is a labor-intensive sector, as OIZ benefits from the 6th region incentives, which are the one down region incentives. The fact that support for SSI employer's share, which corresponds to 20.5% of the gross minimum wage, will not be paid by the companies investing in the province for 10 years, constitutes a great advantage for the investors in the garment sector which requires excessive labour. Furthermore, since there are not many alternative sectors especially for women, there are no problems about qualified female workers who can work in the garment sector in Aksaray.
